We photograph at your office with minimal disruption, maintaining consistent lighting and production standards on every shoot.

We bring the same lighting kit for one person or a whole department. Each person can review their images before leaving, and we can match an established photographic style.

Most office bookings cover half or full days: a half day covers five to twenty people, a full day up to fifty. We also photograph up to two people in a one hour booking at your office. For a single portrait at short notice, Augmented Imagery is often the better route, using photographs you supply. We can shoot against a plain background, often just an office wall, or within the workplace, which PR and press publications usually want.

Headshots

Most of what we do is individual headshots, photographed across whole teams and multiple offices. Everyone is lit and framed the same way and finished to the same standard, so a director in one office and someone who joined last month in another look as though they work for the same organisation. Holding that consistency over several years is the difficult part, and it is really the point of the exercise.

Executive and leadership portraits ask for more. Board members, founders and senior figures are usually photographed for annual reports, press features and speaking engagements, where the picture has to carry some presence rather than simply identify who it is. Those sittings take longer, and often produce both colour and black and white from the same session.

We photograph groups as well, a department or a leadership team together in one frame. We also produce AI corporate video, so a set of portraits and the film that introduces the team can come from the same commission. This usually happens alongside the individual headshots in the same session, and needs a room with enough space to work in.

Bookings usually come from marketing, communications and HR teams, or from an executive assistant arranging a single portrait. We work to whatever booking process you already have, and can run a sign-up sheet for a shoot day.

For international companies, Augmented Imagery can place UK staff in the same setting as colleagues overseas, so a global team looks consistent without anyone travelling.

Larger clients keep us on a rolling six-week cycle, others book quarterly, and both add shoots at short notice when something comes up.

We work mainly in the City of London and the West End, shooting at client offices across the capital. Images are colour corrected and delivered online within three to five days.
